We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Community Manager. As the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and nurturing our Korean-speaking community while bridging communications between global and regional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities•\tCommunity Building & Engagement:o\tDevelop, implement, and manage strategies to engage and grow our Korean-speaking community across various platforms (e.g., Kakao, Telegram, Discord, Twitter).o\tFoster meaningful relationships with community members by addressing questions, gathering feedback, and providing updates.o\tOrganize online and offline events, such as AMAs, meetups, and collaborative activities, to strengthen community ties.•\tContent Creation & Localization:o\tCreate and localize content in Korean and Mandarin to suit the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Korean market.o\tCollaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, engaging materials.•\tMarket Insights & Reporting:o\tMonitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams.o\tStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior specific to the Korean market.•\tCollaboration & Communication:o\tAct as a liaison between the Korean-speaking community and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals.o\tWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
