Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Community Building & Engagement: 
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies to engage and grow our Korean-speaking community across various platforms (e.g., Kakao, Telegram, Discord, Twitter).
 - Foster meaningful relationships with community members by addressing questions, gathering feedback, and providing updates.
 - Organize online and offline events, such as AMAs, meetups, and collaborative activities, to strengthen community ties.
 
 - Content Creation & Localization: 
- Create and localize content in Korean and Mandarin to suit the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Korean market.
 - Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, engaging materials.
 
 - Market Insights & Reporting: 
- Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior specific to the Korean market.
 
 - Collaboration & Communication: 
- Act as a liaison between the Korean-speaking community and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals.
 - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.
 
 
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
 - Proven experience in community management, preferably within the Korean market.
 - Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
 - Ability to analyze community feedback and provide actionable insights.
 - Experience in organizing online and offline events to engage community members.
 - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
 - Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
