Product Marketer1. Product Positioning and MessagingDefine and articulate the value proposition for Figment’s products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.Create consistent and impactful messaging frameworks that highlight Figment’s unique advantages.Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning.2. Content Development and DeliveryDevelop and maintain product marketing assets, including:Product documentation and user guides.Presentations, FAQs, and one-pagers for sales enablement.Explainer videos, webinars, and onboarding materials for customers.Case studies and ROI calculators.Collaborate with demand generation teams to create content for campaigns, including blog posts, white papers, and social media assets.3. Go-to-Market (GTM) StrategyPartner with product and marketing teams to plan and execute product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared.Develop campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for new and existing products.Monitor and analyze product adoption rates and feedback to adjust strategies as needed.4. Sales Enablement and Customer SupportWork closely with the sales team to create tools and training materials that help close deals effectively.Support customer success by producing educational resources to address common questions and improve customer experience.Provide ongoing training to internal teams on product updates, new features, and key benefits.5. Metrics and InsightsMeasure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives (e.g., adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and campaign performance).Use data and customer feedback to refine messaging, materials, and product positioning.
