Job Description
The BIT Market Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive user acquisition, channel expansion, and market competitiveness. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop KPI indicators including recruitment target plans, channel expansion plans, and new user conversion metrics

- Work closely with product and operations teams to provide market feedback and ensure product-market fit
