Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing methodologies.
- Design, review, and execute functional and automated test cases to validate product features
- Collaborate with R&D teams to conduct various testing types including functional, performance, stability, disaster recovery, and exception scenario testing
- Develop and maintain testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency
- Demonstrate strong stress management capabilities and proactively acquire new technical knowledge
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues throughout the testing lifecycle
- Continuously optimize testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of test development experience
- Strong logical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
- Proficient in Python programming language and at least one mainstream automation testing framework
- Strong computer science fundamentals including networking and database knowledge
- Good product sense with ability to propose effective solutions during project development
- High stress tolerance and ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing industry trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial industry, especially with options and structured financial products is highly valued
- Web3 industry experience is a significant plus
