Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive growth for our US stock trading products. This role focuses on strategic partnerships and business expansion to enhance key metrics including account opening, deposit, and trading conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnerships with financial platforms, investment apps, content platforms, investment advisors/KOLs, and trading communities to acquire high-quality investor traffic.
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, partnership model design (e.g., revenue sharing, referral commissions, fee structures), and joint marketing execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Risk) to ensure smooth onboarding of partners while meeting regulatory requirements for account opening, KYC, deposits, and trading.
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance based on KPIs such as account openings, deposit rates, trading activity, and partner ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends in online brokerage and US stock markets to explore innovative partnership models and business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- 3+ years of BD experience in online or traditional brokerage with proven successful partnerships.
- Established industry network (financial platforms, content channels, advisors/KOLs, investment communities) with ability to independently initiate and drive collaborations.
- Deep understanding of US stock products and online brokerage models, including account opening, compliance, funding, and conversion processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to lead partnerships from initial contact to execution and scaling.
- Results-driven mindset with focus on measurable business growth rather than just partnership volume.
- Basic English proficiency for cross-border collaboration support.
