We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Blockchain Partnership Manager. This role focuses on establishing and expanding cooperative relationships within the blockchain industry, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, resource integration, and project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign blockchain project partners and industry resources, expanding cooperation channels.
- Integrate blockchain industry and financial resources, develop cooperation models, and support the company's business development.
- Responsible for business negotiations, signing contracts, and promoting the progress of cooperative projects.
- Investigate and analyze domestic and foreign blockchain projects, evaluating their potential and value.
- Conduct business negotiations for high-quality blockchain projects and coordinate with online exchanges.
- Expand and maintain relationships with internal and external cooperative institutions in the blockchain industry, providing market information to support business innovation.
- Actively participate in blockchain conferences and events to stay updated on the latest industry trends.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, market trends, and industry dynamics.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate blockchain projects for potential partnerships.
- Experience in contract negotiation and business deal structuring.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred) to facilitate international collaborations.
