We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging animations and visual content that showcases our products and enhances our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations to showcase product features and updates
- Create short-form animations for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) optimized for engagement
- Develop explainer videos and tutorials that simplify complex concepts for users
- Collaborate with marketing to create animations aligned with campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency while appealing to professional audiences
- Experiment with creative styles and visual storytelling techniques
- Work cross-functionally with product, design and marketing teams
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Stay updated on design and animation trends
- Optimize animations for different platforms and devices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience as Motion Graphics Designer with strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and other animation tools
- Experience with 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus
- Strong video editing, typography and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to optimize animations for web and social media
- Strategic thinking to translate features into visual narratives
- Analytical mindset to refine animations based on data
- Knowledge of crypto/blockchain/DeFi is a strong plus
- Passion for innovative industries like cryptocurrency/fintech
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
