Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, memes) that align with our brand voice and objectives.
 - Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions as our "reply guy".
 - Monitor social media channels for trends, community engagement, and opportunities to interact with our audience.
 - Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
 - Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance and strategy.
 - Collaborate with the marketing lead, and the art and development teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
 - Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our social media presence.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
 - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
 - Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 - Passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.
