Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve engagement and usability.
• UX/UI Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns. Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Prototyping: Use Figma to design interactive prototypes that communicate the flow and functionality of new features.
• Collaboration: Work with the lead designer, art director, product managers, engineers, and marketing team to align designs with business objectives. Provide detailed design specifications and support development for seamless implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Test and iterate on designs using user feedback and data-driven insights. Stay informed about the latest design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design techniques.
