Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations to showcase product features and updates
• Create short-form animations for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) optimized for engagement
• Develop explainer videos and tutorials that simplify complex concepts for users
• Collaborate with marketing to create animations aligned with campaign goals
• Maintain brand consistency while appealing to professional audiences
• Experiment with creative styles and visual storytelling techniques
• Work cross-functionally with product, design and marketing teams
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics
• Stay updated on design and animation trends
• Optimize animations for different platforms and devices

Job Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Motion Graphics Designer with strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and other animation tools
• Experience with 3D animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus
• Strong video editing, typography and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to optimize animations for web and social media
• Strategic thinking to translate features into visual narratives
• Analytical mindset to refine animations based on data
• Knowledge of crypto/blockchain/DeFi is a strong plus
• Passion for innovative industries like cryptocurrency/fintech
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
