1. Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement the business strategy for Informal Security including growth plans, market analysis, and competitive analysis.2. Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, identifying new business opportunities4. Work with the Quality Lead to develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service delivery.5. Manage and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.6. Work with Product Owner to identify and develop new business opportunities, including expansion of our services and products, partnerships, markets etc. 7. Monitor industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging tech, adjusting roadmaps based on market needs
