Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our exchange systems in AWS/K8s/Docker environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and enhancing our infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain exchange systems in AWS/K8s/Docker environments.
 - Manage microservices governance (Spring Cloud Gateway), including service discovery, configuration center, and load balancing.
 - Install, configure, monitor, and optimize middleware such as Redis, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Nginx.
 - Maintain blockchain nodes (Tron, BTC, DOGE, etc.) to ensure stable deposit and withdrawal operations.
 - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins + GitLab) to support automated deployment and rollback.
 - Implement and manage logging and monitoring systems (EFK/Prometheus/Grafana) for timely detection and response to system anomalies.
 - Define and execute security policies, including multi-signature wallet management, API access control, and risk control rules.
 - Develop emergency response plans and conduct disaster recovery drills to ensure 24/7 system stability.
 - Assist R&D in identifying performance bottlenecks and participate in capacity planning and cost optimization.
 
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Linux system operations with automation skills (Shell/Python scripting).
 - Experienced in K8s and Docker containerized operations, with knowledge of microservices architecture.
 - Familiar with CI/CD, version control (GitLab), and automated deployment.
 - Skilled in database optimization and high-availability solutions (master-slave, read-write separation, sharding).
 - Knowledgeable in blockchain node setup and maintenance; prior exchange operation experience is a plus.
 - Experience in large-scale, high-concurrency system operations and handling online emergencies.
 - Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
