AI Application Development Engineer This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance development efficiency and drive business solutions. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of AI innovation and practical application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to boost R&D efficiency and rapidly solve business challenges
- Design and develop AI applications and automation tools tailored to business scenarios to improve team productivity
- Continuously optimize existing business systems using AI capabilities, implementing large language model solutions in real-world products
- Participate in the design, development and maintenance of backend business systems
- Research and implement emerging AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI application opportunities
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Java development with strong object-oriented design skills
- Experienced with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud microservices architecture
- Skilled in MySQL/PostgreSQL databases including SQL optimization and performance tuning
- Knowledge of Redis and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is preferred
- Familiar with common development tools: Git, Maven, Docker
- Proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor/GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity
- Strong business acumen to analyze problems and implement solutions using AI
- Experience with AI Agent development, automation tools, RAG, MCP or AI integration is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to own business modules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and NLP concepts
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services
