Responsible for organizing research and development on major technical issues, eliminating technical bottlenecks that hinder the implementation of the company's strategy; 4. Responsible for organizing and coordinating technical resource support, cooperating with relevant business departments to complete work tasks and financial indicators; 5. Responsible for the hierarchical construction and management of the company's technical team, as well as the cultivation, evaluation, and motivation of core technical talents.
