Key Responsibilities
- Brand and Communication
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including brand promotion, PR, and user growth initiatives
- Manage KOL operations: identification, partnership development, resource coordination, and content strategy
- Build and maintain media alliances and self-media matrix
- Write and publish daily media articles, maintaining content updates
- Event Planning
- Create targeted content for the company's audience and distribute through multiple channels
- Plan and execute various marketing activities with measurable results
- Organize Web3 online events including AMAs, Spaces, seminars, competitions, and airdrops
- Relationship Cooperation
- Conduct joint marketing with partner communities, brands, and KOLs
- Participate in media collaborations to expand brand exposure
- Industry Trend Research
- Continuously research industry trends and emerging marketing opportunities
- Ensure the company maintains industry leadership position
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing, PR or related field
- Proven track record in brand strategy and KOL management
- Strong content creation and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem and marketing trends
- Ability to analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
