Key Responsibilities

• Shitpost with purpose: Create high-quality memes and witty copy that resonate with the CT crowd.
• Engage in real time: Be active in replies, quote tweets, and trending convos — you are the reply guy.
• Stay ahead of trends: Monitor CT, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram for emerging narratives to react or lead with.
• Collaborate creatively: Work closely with our social team and partners to co-create content and amplify campaigns.
• Design light visuals: Use Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools to turn ideas into scroll-stopping images or memes.
• Represent the vibe: Embody and elevate Ourbit’s voice—irreverent, clever, and always on-brand.
• 有目的地“发疯”： 创作优质 meme 和机智文案，打动 Crypto Twitter 社群
• 实时互动高手： 积极参与评论、引用推文和热点讨论——你就是那个回帖狂魔
• 发现并引领趋势： 紧盯 CT、Discord、Reddit、TG 等社群，发掘潜在热点话题并转化为内容
• 参与创意协作： 与社交媒体团队及合作伙伴共同策划内容与传播节奏
• 轻量视觉创作： 使用 Canva、PS 或 AI 工具，将脑洞变成高传播力的图像和梗图
• 塑造品牌气质： 发声风格要契合 Ourbit 的品牌调性——大胆、幽默、有梗又不出格

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content, preferably in the crypto or tech space.
• Strong understanding of meme culture and the ability to create content that resonates with the CT community.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools for creating visuals.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and narratives in the crypto space.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese is a plus.
