Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee and maintain our Telegram and Discord communities. The ideal candidate will ensure community engagement, manage daily operations, and foster a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Telegram and Discord communities on a daily basis, ensuring activity and order.
- Respond to user inquiries, collect feedback, compile FAQs, and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Plan and execute community events such as AMAs, giveaways, interactive tasks, and user conversion campaigns.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify potential risks (e.g., spam, ads, negativity), and take appropriate action.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to publish official announcements and product updates.
- Track community metrics (growth, engagement, retention) and generate weekly operational reports.
- Assist in building community frameworks such as Moderators, Volunteers, and Ambassadors programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with fluent English reading and writing skills to independently communicate with international users.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing English-speaking communities (Telegram/Discord) for Top 30 cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Proficiency in Telegram, Discord, and related management tools (bots, roles, permissions, automation tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of crypto community culture, user behavior, sentiment management, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, execution, and stress-management skills with the ability to work independently.
