Community Manager Intern/Apprentice (Twitter & Discord)1. Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Twitter and Discord. Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.2. Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). Organize regular community events and initiatives to keep members engaged and informed.3. Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow and expand our community on Twitter and Discord platforms. This may include partnerships, promotions, or collaborations.4. Community Moderation: Oversee and control the conversation within the community to ensure guidelines and rules are adhered to. Manage conflicts and handle community disputes diplomatically.5. Feedback Analysis: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the community. Liaise with the team to ensure community feedback is acknowledged and considered in our products/services development.6. Web3 Ecosystem Understanding: Utilize understanding of Web3 technologies to guide, educate, and inform our community. Provide updates and news about the impact of the Web3 ecosystem on our projects.7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the success of community engagement (e.g., return on investment and member acquisition), using community engagement tools, social media marketing tools, and Google Analytics.
