-Community Management: Manage and operate our communities, such as Telegram groups, Discord, etc., regularly release project updates, answer community member queries, and enhance community activity and user participation.-Technical Support: Address and resolve technical issues encountered by users on the C3.io platform. Provide guidance and assistance through various communication channels, including Telegram, Discord, and email. Work closely with the development team to identify, troubleshoot, and fix platform-related bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product updates to provide accurate support to community members.-KOL Relationship Building: Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the blockchain field, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships, and inviting them to participate in project promotion activities.-External Communities Relationship Building: Expand and manage relationships with other blockchain communities, providing them with resources, and encouraging their participation in the C3.io exchange.
