Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain macOS, iOS, Android systems, and cloud platforms including Google Workspace, App Store Connect, and GitHub. This involves regular updates, configuration management, and performance tuning.
 - Provide technical support to end-users and IT staff, resolving issues related to operating systems, cloud services, and software applications. This includes troubleshooting login problems, data sync errors, and application compatibility.
 - Investigate and resolve complex operational issues impacting employee productivity. This may involve diagnosing system failures, debugging code, and coordinating with developers for resolution.
 - Develop and implement onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring they gain proficiency in operating systems, cloud tools, and internal software ecosystems. This includes creating documentation and conducting training sessions.
 - Establish and maintain robust security strategies, policies, and procedures for all systems. This involves monitoring vulnerabilities, enforcing access controls, and conducting regular security audits.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This includes analyzing feedback and proposing technical enhancements.
 - Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations related to system management and cybersecurity. This involves documenting processes and conducting periodic reviews.
 - Support incident response and disaster recovery protocols for critical systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity. This includes coordinating with security teams during breaches or system failures.
 - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for system optimization and security enhancement. This involves continuous learning and research.
 - Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and security measures to ensure knowledge sharing and process continuity across the team.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in system administration, software development, or IT support with a focus on macOS, iOS, Android, and cloud platforms.
 - Strong technical skills in managing cloud services (Google Workspace, App Store Connect) and version control systems (GitHub). Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash is preferred.
 - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of resolving complex technical issues across diverse systems. Ability to analyze root causes and implement long-term solutions is essential.
 - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including data encryption, access control, and network security. Familiarity with compliance frameworks like GDPR or SOC2 is advantageous.
 - Ability to create clear documentation and training materials for system onboarding and troubleshooting processes. Strong communication skills are required to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
 - Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) is preferred.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple systems and security protocols simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks based on criticality and impact.
 - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and end-users.
 - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and system requirements. Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies to stay current with industry standards.
 - Valid certifications in system administration (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are preferred but not mandatory.
