We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently developing core clients and high-quality partnership resources, leading commercial negotiations, and driving successful collaborations.
In this role, you will establish long-term stable customer relationships, break down and achieve phased performance targets, and lead the team in client development (for managerial positions). Your efforts will directly contribute to sustained transaction growth and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently develop core clients and premium partnership resources
- Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful partnership implementation
- Drive collaboration execution and achieve continuous transaction growth
- Establish and maintain long-term stable customer relationships
- Break down and accomplish phased performance objectives
- Lead team in client development activities (for leadership positions)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and deal closing
- Strong market sensitivity and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with excellent stress tolerance
- Strong performance-driven mindset and desire for financial success
- Existing client resources will be considered a significant advantage
