Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with overseas local contract KOLs/influencers/communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the company's development in the local market and achieve growth in user and transaction volume
 - Maintain good relationships with overseas contract KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation
 - Responsible for the execution and effectiveness of overseas contract KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of channel cooperation and making adjustments, pursuing optimal performance and maximizing ROI
 - Timely understand the development trends of the local contract exchange industry and the dynamics of competitors, and take corresponding measures
 - Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional cultural and market nuances
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall business objectives
 - Monitor market performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
 - Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance standards in target markets
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in overseas market expansion, preferably with 3+ years in KOL collaboration or digital marketing roles
 - Excellent understanding of local market dynamics, cultural trends, and consumer behavior in target regions
 - Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and partnership effectiveness
 - Proficiency in English and at least one additional language for seamless communication with international stakeholders
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones
 - Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media analytics, SEO/SEM platforms) and data-driven decision-making processes
 - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust with local partners and influencers
 - Experience with contract management and legal compliance in international business contexts
 - Strong organizational skills to track progress, maintain records, and report outcomes regularly
 - Passion for innovation and willingness to adapt strategies based on market feedback and changing conditions
 
Additional Qualifications
- Preferred candidates may have a background in international business development or market research
 - Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital payment systems is a plus
 - Ability to create compelling content for social media and influencer collaborations
