Job Description:
This position offers a flexible work arrangement with primarily remote work, though occasional in-person meetings may be required. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Responsible for daily billing, receipt organization, and data entry
- Assist in handling reimbursement processes
- Track and manage payment and receipt records
- Perform basic data organization using Excel
- Support financial and administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Must have personal transportation for occasional in-person meetings
- Proficient in basic computer operations, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a financial assistant or in administrative roles
- Experience with reimbursement or account reconciliation
- Interest or experience in Web3/crypto industry is a plus
