Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned client accounts to maximize product value realization
 - Secure account renewals by effectively communicating the product's value proposition and addressing customer needs
 - Proactively identify and remove friction points in the customer experience
 - Introduce clients to new product features and functionalities to enhance their usage
 - Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and product adoption rates
 - Monitor customer health indicators and implement improvement plans when needed

- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles
 - Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate value propositions
 - Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
 - Experience with SaaS products and technology platforms
 - Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
 - Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights
 - Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector is a plus
 
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
 - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms
 - Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
 - Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion targets
