Job Description: 1. Responsible for the company's recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Conduct initial interviews independently to assess candidates' basic competencies and job fit. 3. Arrange qualified candidates who pass the initial screening for second-round interviews with department heads. 4. Oversee and manage HR processes such as onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding. 5. Maintain and expand recruitment channels to enhance hiring efficiency.
