**職務内容 / Job Responsibilities**
- 英語圏コミュニティ（Telegram / Discord）の日常運営・管理
Manage daily operations and maintenance of English-speaking communities (Telegram/Discord)
- ユーザー問い合わせへの迅速かつ専門的な対応（取引、アカウント、入出金等）
Respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally (trading, accounts, deposits, withdrawals, etc.)
- ユーザーへの基本操作指導（登録、KYC、入金、出金、取引フロー等）
Guide users through basic operations such as registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading
- コミュニティの評判監視、潜在リスクやネガティブな反応の早期発見
Monitor community sentiment to identify potential risks or negative feedback in a timely manner
- 内部チームとの連携による異常事態・苦情・緊急事態対応
Coordinate with internal teams to handle abnormal situations, complaints, and emergencies
- コミュニティ秩序維持（違反行為・スパム・悪質行為の管理）
Maintain community order by managing violations, spam, and malicious behavior
- ユーザーフィードバック収集、FAQ作成と内部共有
Collect user feedback, compile FAQs, and share internally
- コミュニティ活性化のためのイベント運営支援（キャンペーン、AMA、運営タスク等）
Assist in executing community events (campaigns, AMAs, operational tasks, etc.) to boost engagement
応募要件:
**応募要件 / Job Requirements**
- 中国語または英語の高い読解・記述能力（流暢なコミュニケーション必須、会話能力は優遇）
Strong written and reading skills in both Chinese or English (fluent communication required; speaking is a plus)
- 仮想通貨取引所でのカスタマーサポート/コミュニティ運営経験1年以上
At least 1 year of customer support or community management experience at a cryptocurrency exchange
- Web3基礎概念の理解（ウォレット、送金、Gas Fee、ネットワーク等）
Familiar with basic Web3 concepts (wallet, transfers, gas fees, networks, etc.)
- Telegram、Discord等のコミュニケーションツールの精通
Proficient in using Telegram, Discord, and other community tools
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、忍耐力、サービス精神
Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset
- 高強度労働環境への適応力と迅速な対応能力
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with timely responses
- シフト勤務（夜勤・週末含む）への対応
Willing to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
- Excelを使用した基礎的なデータ記録スキル
