Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies tailored to blockchain projects, including targeted marketing campaigns, social media engagement programs, and strategic partnership development with industry stakeholders.
 - Conduct in-depth market trend analysis and user behavior data evaluation to identify growth opportunities, refine marketing approaches, and optimize conversion rates for user acquisition.
 - Oversee the management of social media platforms across multiple channels, creating content calendars and monitoring engagement metrics to amplify brand awareness and user interaction.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement both online and offline engagement activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user retention goals.
 - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user growth initiatives, including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
 - Stay abreast of evolving blockchain technologies and market dynamics to adapt growth strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
 - Lead the creation of user onboarding processes and retention programs to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty within the blockchain community.
 - Utilize A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms to refine marketing messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
 - Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry experts to expand reach and credibility in the blockchain space.
 - Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory standards and platform guidelines.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in user growth operations within the blockchain or tech industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years in roles focused on scaling user bases and marketing execution.
 - Strong analytical skills with expertise in data tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, and the ability to interpret user data to inform strategic decisions.
 - Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, particularly PoW (Proof of Work) projects, including their technical architecture, market positioning, and user engagement challenges.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with product, marketing, and development teams while presenting findings to stakeholders.
 - Ability to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive user acquisition and retention.
 - Proficiency in creating and analyzing performance reports, with a focus on metrics that directly impact user growth and business outcomes.
 - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines while maintaining operational efficiency.
 - Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred, to communicate with global teams and engage with international user communities.
 - Experience with blockchain analytics platforms and tools for tracking user activity, such as blockchain explorers or user engagement dashboards.
 - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and thrive in a culture of innovation, with a passion for solving complex challenges in the blockchain space.
 - Advanced knowledge of user acquisition models and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) optimization techniques for decentralized applications.
 - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track user interactions and personalize engagement strategies.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cryptocurrency or Web3 projects, with hands-on experience in managing user growth for high-traffic blockchain platforms.
