Job Description:
As a Web3 Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, interaction designs, and overall user experiences, including marketing and promotional materials. You will deliver high-quality UI designs with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency and efficiency in user interactions while taking ownership of the final visual and interactive outcomes.
You will continuously refine interaction and UI guidelines based on existing design standards and collaborate across teams to implement and execute these improvements. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential to support project advancement and problem-solving. Candidates with extensive visual design experience are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize Web3 product interfaces, interactions, and overall user experience.
- Develop and maintain UI/UX design consistency across all platforms.
- Enhance and standardize interaction and UI guidelines while ensuring cross-team adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Provide creative input for marketing and promotional materials.
- Identify and resolve design challenges proactively.
Job Requirements:
Design Skills:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence and versatility in international design styles.
- Proficiency in design systems and interaction guidelines, with experience in building design component libraries.
- Familiarity with mainstream design standards and the ability to analyze and adapt best practices.
Personal Attributes:
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality design deliverables.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Proficiency in motion design tools such as AE, Figma, Rive, or Spline.
- Prior experience in Web3 wallet design with a strong portfolio.
