Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and iterating cross-platform design systems while collaborating closely with development teams to restore front-end component libraries. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and iterate cross-platform design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Collaborate with development colleagues to restore and enhance front-end component libraries.
- Work closely with product managers and R&D teams to ensure the effective implementation of design solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintaining and iterating design systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with development teams and product managers.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of front-end development principles and component-based design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
