Job Description
The role involves designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for financial platforms, covering functional, API, performance, and security aspects. Key responsibilities include leveraging AI testing tools to enhance efficiency through intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and automated script creation. The position requires rigorous testing of core financial workflows (payments, deposits/withdrawals, investment transactions) to ensure zero-error operations. Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines, conduct high-concurrency performance testing with detailed reports, and participate in requirement/use case reviews to drive quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-spectrum testing solutions for financial platforms (functional/API/performance/security)
- Utilize AI-powered testing tools for intelligent test generation and automation enhancement
- Execute mission-critical testing for payment processing and fund transaction workflows
- Develop robust automation frameworks with CI/CD pipeline integration
- Conduct large-scale performance testing and bottleneck analysis

Job Requirements
- 3+ years QA experience with full project lifecycle management
- Proficiency with AI-assisted testing tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/Cursor)
- Expertise in API automation (Postman/JMeter/RestAssured)
- Performance testing experience (JMeter/Gatling/Locust)
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation
- Testing knowledge of Redis/message queues
- Financial system testing background (transaction verification/idempotency testing)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven testing solutions
- Programming skills in Python/Java for test automation
