Job Description:
As a Mobile UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process for mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless user experiences for iOS and Android platforms, with a special emphasis on complex financial and Web3 scenarios. This includes designing intuitive interfaces for digital asset displays, transaction flows, authorization confirmations, and risk control prompts.
You will translate complex technical concepts into simple, secure, and trustworthy user experiences while continuously iterating based on user-centered design principles. Your role involves making data-driven design decisions through user research, analytics, and feedback. Additionally, you will develop high-quality UI designs and design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms through reusable components.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to transform business and technical constraints into clear user flows. While the majority of your work will focus on core product design, you may occasionally support ancillary design tasks such as website/landing pages, in-app illustrations, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping for iOS/Android Apps
- Design complex financial and Web3 user experiences including digital asset displays and transaction flows
- Create high-fidelity interfaces and maintain design systems with reusable components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into user-friendly solutions
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing
- Occasionally support secondary design needs like marketing materials and illustrations
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/product/UI design (portfolio required)
- Proven track record in complete consumer mobile app projects (iOS/Android)
- Expertise in Figma and other mainstream design tools
- Strong foundation in UX principles and mobile design guidelines
- Ability to independently design complex flows from concept to launch
- Excellent communication and design presentation skills
- Preferred: Experience with Web3/digital assets/wallets/DeFi/NFT products
- Preferred: Basic understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and account abstraction
- Preferred: Experience designing high-security, regulated financial products
- Attention to security, trust-building, and explanatory design details
- Strong aesthetic sense with ability to balance UX strategy and UI execution
- Self-motivated to drive design excellence in startup environments
