Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Oversee testing processes for business lines, ensuring compliance with project development standards and quality control.
- Participate in product requirement reviews, develop test strategies and plans, and create test cases and reports.
- Conduct interface-level automated testing and middleware testing for microservice architectures.
- Perform specialized testing for web and mobile applications.
- Execute performance testing, including single-interface stress testing and end-to-end load testing.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and participate in testing skill workshops and business discussions.
- Contribute to knowledge accumulation and team building within the business line testing domain.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and industry knowledge.
- Proven experience in establishing and implementing quality assurance systems.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred) with practical project experience.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Pytest or TestNG.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: performance testing, automated testing, mobile app testing, or quality operations.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong learning ability, effective communication, and stress tolerance.
- Prior experience in financial or blockchain industry testing is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
