Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Development Leader to drive our company's technological innovation and strategy. This role will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's technology development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives
 - Lead and manage the R&D team including product managers, backend engineers, testing engineers, and researchers
 - Supervise and coordinate technical project progress and quality to ensure timely completion
 - Monitor industry technology trends and promote technological innovation
 - Optimize R&D resource allocation and team structure to improve efficiency
 - Establish and maintain high standards for code quality and technical documentation
 - Collaborate with marketing, operations and other departments to support business development
 - Identify technical risks and develop appropriate risk management plans
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
 - Minimum 8 years of experience in technology development with 3+ years in leadership roles
 - Proven track record of managing R&D teams and delivering successful technical projects
 - Strong understanding of current technology trends and innovation methodologies
 - Excellent leadership, communication and cross-department collaboration skills
 - Experience in resource allocation and team structure optimization
 - Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks effectively
 - Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability

- Experience in the same industry as our company
 - Advanced degree in technology or business management
 - Certification in project management or agile methodologies
