We are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead our marketing and growth initiatives. This role involves developing comprehensive strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving user engagement across Toc/ToB business segments. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to propel brand growth in dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy formulation and execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies covering Toc/ToB business development, partnership relationships, marketing, and community engagement to ensure multidimensional brand growth
 - Market analysis and opportunity exploration: Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, project ecosystems, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative data
 - Data-driven growth strategy: Build and implement metrics-based strategies to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement
 - Overall project management: Ensure project integrity through material delivery management, problem resolution, conflict coordination, and cross-team communication
 - Industry awareness: Monitor cryptocurrency and metaverse trends to adapt growth strategies to evolving market conditions
 - Team leadership: Coordinate operations teams, design functional processes, implement assessment mechanisms, and collaborate with R&D and marketing departments
 
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in strategic marketing or growth roles, preferably in tech or digital sectors
 - Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
 - Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative market research
 - Excellent project management abilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams
 - Deep understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain or metaverse ecosystems
 - Experience building data-driven growth models and performance metrics
 - Outstanding communication and leadership skills
 - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
