Job Description:
Overseas P2P / General Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- P2P Business Operations:
- Responsible for merchant recruitment, onboarding, and daily management in overseas markets (Southeast Asia, CIS, etc.), ensuring liquidity and competitive pricing.
- Optimize P2P trading user experience by planning user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns to improve conversion rates from registration to first transaction.
- Handle transaction disputes and appeals, collaborate with risk control to identify risks, and establish SOPs to balance security and user experience.
- Overseas Market Operations:
- Monitor competitor activities, local payment channels, and user feedback to provide insights for product and operational improvements.
- Develop and implement localized operational strategies tailored to regional cultures and user habits.
- Project Coordination & Business Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, risk control, customer service) to drive key projects.
- Assist in business reviews, data analysis, and meeting preparations, proactively identifying process issues and driving optimizations.
Job Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major不限 (no specific major required).
- 1–2 years of experience in internet or financial operations; outstanding fresh graduates may also apply.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- Reference standards: High IELTS/TOEFL scores, overseas study/exchange experience, or full English work environment.
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish/Russian/Vietnamese, etc.) is a plus.
Core Competencies:
- Strong Business Acumen: Keen interest in AI, Crypto/Web3, overseas social media, and emerging trends; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Logical Thinking & Execution: Structured problem-solving skills and ability to drive cross-departmental initiatives independently.
- Comprehensive Operational Skills: Basic data analysis (Excel/SQL), user insight, meticulous execution, and holistic thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FinTech, cross-border e-commerce, overseas gaming, Crypto/Web3, or other出海 (global expansion) businesses.
- Background in user operations, overseas community management, risk control operations, or P2P/C2C trading operations.
- Active DeFi user or extensive on-chain interaction experience is highly preferred.
