Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of new media project accounts, including content planning, operational execution, and ongoing maintenance to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
- Identify and cultivate high-quality KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), establish and sustain collaborative relationships with content channels, and gather industry-specific market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor real-time market dynamics and brand-related events, providing actionable data insights to support targeted promotional campaigns and improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in new media operations, content strategy, or digital marketing with a strong track record of improving brand metrics and audience engagement.

- Strong understanding of KOL collaboration frameworks and platform-specific content best practices, including social media, influencer marketing, and online advertising.
