Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Echooo account, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms.
 - Develop and execute creative campaigns to drive audience interaction and increase follower growth.
 - Analyze engagement metrics and user feedback to refine content strategies and improve account performance.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in content planning.
 - Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster a loyal audience base.
 - Conduct regular audits of account performance to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
 - Prepare monthly reports summarizing key performance indicators, audience insights, and campaign outcomes.
 - Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure visual and textual content meets brand standards.
 - Implement A/B testing for content formats to determine the most effective engagement strategies.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on brand accounts and content strategy.
 - Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and platform algorithms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Douyin).
 - Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop original content concepts and campaign ideas.
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media dashboards) to track performance metrics.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
 - Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to content planning and execution.
 - Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to improve visibility and engagement.
 - Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating visual content assets.

 - Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
