Web3 Trading Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 Trading Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and optimization of trading-related core functionalities, ensuring seamless user experiences, and staying ahead of market trends in the fast-evolving Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Iteration: Lead the planning and optimization of core trading features (e.g., new token discovery, smart money tracking, copy trading, limit/profit-stop orders, multi-chain trading experience) to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Meme/Hotspot Scenario Design: Deeply understand high-frequency trading and speculative demands, designing and implementing features related to Memecoins, launchpad ecosystems, and trending projects.
- Data & Tool Product Development: Leverage on-chain data and market trends to build tool-based products like trend tracking, wallet behavior analysis, leaderboards, and signal alerts to strengthen informational advantages.
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirement research, PRD drafting, and prototyping to development collaboration, launch validation, and data-driven iteration.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, design, operations, marketing, and community teams to align product strategies with core business goals (e.g., trading volume, user activity, retention).
- Industry & User Insights: Stay updated on Web3/Meme market trends and competitor dynamics, deeply understanding core users (e.g., Degen traders, smart money followers, tool enthusiasts) to refine product details.
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- 2+ years in internet or crypto product roles, with preference for experience in on-chain trading platforms, DEXs, trading tools, or data products.
- Strong passion for Web3, particularly Memecoin ecosystems, on-chain trading mechanisms, and wallet behavior analysis.
- Professional Skills:
- Familiarity with mainstream blockchains (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, BSC) regarding trading mechanisms, data structures, and launchpad dynamics.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of using on-chain and user behavior data to guide product optimization and prioritization.
- Excellent logical structuring and documentation skills (PRDs, user stories, feature specifications).
- Soft Skills:
- Self-driven and results-oriented, adaptable to fast-paced startup environments with frequent iterations.
- Strong cross-team communication and execution skills to deliver under resource constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active on-chain user/tool enthusiast with hands-on experience in GMGN, Axiom, Photon, BullX, or similar products.
- Experience building trading tools/data products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to N.
- Knowledge of AI Agent/Skills integration with on-chain trading.
- Background in Dune Dashboard, on-chain data analysis, or quantitative trading.
- Web2 big-tech tool product experience combined with Crypto实战经验 (practical experience).
