Job Description
As a key member of the product development team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, design, and implementation of Web3 products. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for Web3 product development, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify user needs, analyze competitor products, and synthesize insights for design decision-making.
- Design and prototype Web3 solutions that prioritize security, scalability, and user experience, while ensuring compatibility with blockchain protocols.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design specifications into the development process.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on design improvements to enhance functionality and adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Web3 technology and blockchain ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge in product innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Internet product development or design roles.
- Proven expertise in Web3 technologies, including blockchain development, smart contracts, and decentralized application (dApp) ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret user data, market trends, and technical requirements, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in complex, fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to innovation and a willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Fluency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with blockchain development frameworks like Solidity or Truffle.
- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts to stakeholders, document requirements, and collaborate with development teams.
- Preferred experience in developing Web3 products with a focus on user engagement, privacy, and decentralized features.
