Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of cryptocurrency exchange deposit, withdrawal, and related fund management capabilities. This role involves overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless user experiences while maintaining robust security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for deposit, withdrawal, and internal transfer functionalities, including address book, transaction progress tracking, exception handling, and operational configurations.
- Design comprehensive rules for multi-chain, multi-asset transactions covering network selection, deposit addresses, Tag/Memo requirements, confirmation counts, minimum amounts, fees, gas, withdrawal limits, whitelisting, and retry mechanisms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with wallet, blockchain, risk, compliance, engineering, operations, customer support, and finance teams to establish robust security controls and audit trails.
- Continuously optimize transaction success rates, processing times, conversion rates, automation levels, and user satisfaction through data analysis and feedback.
- Develop comprehensive monitoring systems, operational SOPs, and user communication protocols for handling network congestion, chain upgrades, pending transactions, failed withdrawals, and incorrect deposits.
- Drive platformization of asset/network integrations, fee structures, risk policies, and operational rules to support business scalability.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience with minimum 3 years in cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset wallets, or trading infrastructure.
- Proven experience at major exchanges, having directly managed core deposit/withdrawal/wallet functionalities.
- Deep understanding of blockchain transaction concepts: confirmations, reorganizations, address formats, gas fees, UTXO vs account models.
- Hands-on experience handling high-volume transactions and complex exceptions like missing deposits, failed withdrawals, or incorrect network transfers.
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for competitive analysis, documentation, prototyping, and productivity enhancement.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) preferred for global collaboration.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership with risk-aware mindset when working with security, engineering, and compliance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building deposit/withdrawal platforms, wallet systems, or asset integration solutions at scale.
- Knowledge of node services, chain monitoring, MPC, multi-sig, cold/hot wallet architectures.
- Background in global compliance frameworks, fee optimization, or capital efficiency improvements.
