Responsibilities: - Establish and own the entire sales process, including negotiating and closing contracts, customer retention, renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction - Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and explain how the product addresses their needs - Contact new customers through various communication channels and make them excited about the introduction call - Demonstrate the ability to develop long-term, reliable strategic relationships with senior management and technical personnel - Own, manage, and use CRM reports to ensure that the system is up-to-date and all relevant metrics are inputted
