Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our blockchain-focused team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of blockchain-related products and services, including Web3 projects, blockchain solutions, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales processes for blockchain products and services, from initial client communication to deal closure and payment collection
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with BD, technical, and operations teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market feedback to contribute to sales strategy optimization
- Promote customer retention and referrals through excellent service delivery
Job Requirements:
- Aged 23-40 with minimum 1 year of sales experience (blockchain/financial/sales background preferred)
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (Web3, wallets, chains, smart contracts, crypto assets)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to drive client decisions
- Strong goal orientation with proven ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual English/Chinese capability is advantageous but not mandatory
