Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Expand domestic KOL network, establish partnerships, and continuously attract new customers to increase platform transaction volume
- Develop customized KOL themed activities tailored to regional user characteristics
- Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve partnership issues, and optimize collaboration strategies
- Research competitor rebate programs and promotional methods to inform business channel expansion strategies
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to refine KOL engagement approaches
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align KOL activities with overall marketing objectives
- Monitor and report on KOL campaign performance metrics and ROI
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in KOL management, influencer marketing or digital partnerships
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or digital platform marketing
- Existing network of KOL contacts in relevant industries
- Knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
