Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the global Crypto creator ecosystem for OneKey. This role focuses on collaborating with top KOLs and content creators to enhance product awareness and drive sales growth for our hardware wallets through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Global KOL/Creator Outreach: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with overseas Crypto creators, media, and community partners to continuously expand high-quality creator resources.
- New Product Collaboration: Develop and execute KOL collaboration strategies for company products, managing the entire process from negotiation to content publication.
- Content Strategy & Creator Enablement: Assist KOLs in understanding product value and user scenarios by providing content direction, creative briefs, and promotional recommendations to improve content quality and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor KOL collaboration metrics, analyze exposure, engagement, traffic, and conversion performance, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Creator Ecosystem Development: Build a KOL resource database, streamline collaboration processes, and document successful case studies to establish a scalable Creator Partnership framework.
- AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in KOL research, content analysis, and project management, exploring innovative growth methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; outstanding fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to improve work efficiency, with demonstrated experience in vibe coding.
- Familiarity with the Web3 industry and interest in hardware products and KOL marketing.
- Strong achievement motivation, ambition, self-drive, execution capability, and learning agility.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, accountability, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Shenzhen.
