Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Control Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the security and integrity of user transactions while maintaining compliance with established risk control protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review user withdrawal requests on a daily basis
- Handle various risk cases according to company policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments on user activities including account security and fund anomalies
- Identify suspicious behaviors such as triangular arbitrage, chain tracking, abnormal K-line patterns, long-short locking, and other potential risks including account theft, arbitrage, bonus abuse, and abnormal fund flows
- Flag, block, and follow up on high-risk accounts
- Collaborate with team members to report identified issues and abnormal cases
- Maintain complete and traceable audit records and data documentation
- This position offers direct hiring with quick onboarding process
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in risk control review, operations, customer service or related fields (exchange experience preferred)
- Basic risk awareness and ability to identify abnormal behaviors
- Meticulous work attitude with strong sense of responsibility and execution capability
- Good logical judgment and ability to make decisions according to standards
- Willingness to work in shifts including night shifts when required
- Proficiency in basic office tools (data analysis skills preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary range: $2000 - $3500
13-month salary package
