Job Description:
Risk Business Analyst
This role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks related to transactions and fund flows within the cryptocurrency exchange environment. The analyst will develop and implement risk control strategies to address abnormal transactions, high-risk accounts, and suspicious fund movements. Additionally, the role involves driving the implementation of AI-powered risk control capabilities, including applications in group detection, abnormal transaction identification, and high-risk fund clustering.
The analyst will also be responsible for designing risk control systems and indicator frameworks, independently producing functional solutions, requirement documentation, and strategy rules. Regular analysis of risk data will be conducted to refine risk control rules, ensuring a balance between user experience, platform security, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze transaction and fund flow risks, developing targeted risk control strategies.
- Implement AI-driven risk control solutions, focusing on group detection, abnormal transaction identification, and high-risk fund clustering.
- Design and optimize risk control systems and performance indicators.
- Produce comprehensive functional solutions, requirement documents, and strategy rules.
- Conduct post-analysis of risk data to continuously improve risk control measures.
- Ensure risk control strategies align with user experience, security, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in risk control within cryptocurrency exchanges, with expertise in both transaction and fund risk management.
- Strong familiarity with risk control scenarios in contract trading and derivatives.
- Proven ability in data analysis and risk assessment.
- Hands-on experience in AI-based risk control projects, including feature design, risk strategy formulation, or intelligent risk control system development.
- Experience in building risk control systems, with the ability to independently conduct requirement analysis and solution design.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in group identification, on-chain fund analysis, or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) related work.
- Participation in the end-to-end development and implementation of AI-driven risk control projects in cryptocurrency exchanges.
