Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze comments and feedback about the company from media reports, social media platforms, and online forums
- Respond to and handle both positive and negative public opinion, taking appropriate measures to maintain the company's reputation and image
- Regularly generate and submit public opinion analysis reports, reporting key findings and recommendations to the management team
- Participate in the company's crisis management team, providing support and advice on public opinion and assisting in developing response strategies
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the media, opinion leaders, and key stakeholders
- Actively promote the dissemination of the company's positive image through various channels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, media monitoring or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret public opinion data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management
- Strong interpersonal skills for building media relationships
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to management
