Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our APP/Web products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and ensuring seamless execution from conception to launch. Your expertise in product planning and user experience enhancement will be critical in driving the success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive product plans for APP/Web platforms, demonstrating strong strategic planning capabilities.
- End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the complete process of user-facing product features, including requirement analysis, solution design, and resource coordination for project implementation.
- User Experience Enhancement: Focus on improving product conversion rates across core user journeys to elevate the overall product experience.
- Global Business Perspective: Maintain a global user business perspective, guiding the team to align product direction with international user needs.
- Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct in-depth analysis of user scenarios, and contribute to the development of innovative product features.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 3 years of product management experience. Prior experience managing products with tens of millions of users preferred.
- Learning & Innovation: Strong learning ability and innovative thinking.
- Execution Skills: Proactive work attitude with excellent task execution, communication, and resource coordination capabilities.
- Market Insight: Ability to quickly grasp market demands and trends, with strong competitive analysis skills and sharp market acumen.
- Innovation Spirit: Strong innovative mindset with keen sense for new product opportunities.
- Crypto Industry Experience: Prior experience in cryptocurrency industry or managing trading products is a plus.
