Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute product development strategies, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to define product direction.
 - Lead the design and development of innovative C-end and B-end products, ensuring they meet quality standards and user requirements.
 - Collaborate with design teams to create user-centric product interfaces and wireframes, focusing on usability and accessibility.
 - Coordinate with research and testing teams to validate product concepts, conduct A/B testing, and refine features based on data insights.
 - Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and onboarding materials.
 - Oversee the launch of new products, managing go-to-market strategies and coordinating with marketing teams for effective promotion.
 - Drive continuous product optimization by monitoring user feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating on product improvements.
 - Work closely with operations and business teams to align product development with market demands and business goals.
 - Conduct regular user behavior analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancement.
 - Build and lead high-performing product teams, fostering a collaborative culture and developing talent pipelines for long-term growth.
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in C-end and B-end product development.
 - Strong expertise in requirement analysis, including the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
 - Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and user data for informed decision-making.
 - Proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for creating visual prototypes and user flows.
 - Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketers, to deliver products on time and within scope.
 - Experience with agile methodologies and iterative development processes to manage product cycles efficiently.
 - Strong communication skills to present product strategies to stakeholders and collaborate with teams across departments.
 - Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping to enhance product usability.
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics) to interpret user behavior and product performance metrics.
 - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in product development, market entry, and user engagement.
 - Ability to develop and implement long-term personnel growth plans, including training programs and career development initiatives.
 - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and optimize team resource allocation.
 - Fluency in English for clear communication with global teams and stakeholders.
 - Preferred experience with SaaS products, enterprise software solutions, or consumer tech products in the industry.
